Ordering Information

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and select your preferred delivery method. The total amount due and the available payment methods will then be displayed.

The sales agreement enters into force once the payment has been received in the bank account of Student Company Kiryak.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. Any payments received will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date the notification is sent.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within Estonia and across Europe.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Orders within Estonia are generally dispatched within 3 business days after the sales agreement enters into force. In exceptional cases, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

If a shipment is returned to Student Company Kiryak because the buyer failed to collect or accept it within the specified time period, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with resending the order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same manner as would be permitted when testing the product in a physical store.

If the product has been used for purposes other than those necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if it shows signs of use or wear, Student Company Kiryak reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the decrease in the product's value.

The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice. The goods are considered returned once they have been received by Student Company Kiryak.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund the buyer without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the returned goods have been received by Student Company Kiryak.

The online store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods.

The online store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and request the return of the goods if the product price displayed in the online store was significantly below the market price due to an obvious pricing error.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Student Company Kiryak is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods that existed at the time the goods were delivered to the buyer.

If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to kiryak.info@gmail.com.

The online store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which Student Company Kiryak is responsible, Student Company Kiryak will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, Student Company Kiryak will refund all payments made by the buyer under the sales agreement.

Student Company Kiryak will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in another form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

If the buyer has any complaints regarding Student Company Kiryak, they should be submitted by email to kiryak.info@gmail.com.

If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee, which is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and Student Company Kiryak.
